1. You must make 3 times the rent
2. Income must be provable by your last 3 paystubs
3. No Evictions in the past 12 months
4. No violent felonies on the record of anyone over 18 years old
5. If not on a current lease, have bad or no credit, or evictions older than 1 year, your Security Deposit will be increased
6. No pets over 20 lbs FULLY grown
